These efforts aim to streamline parking operations, improve user experiences, and prepare the City for future program developments. Additionally, DIXON developed a comprehensive Residential Parking Plan to modernize Boulder’s Neighborhood Permit Parking (NPP) Program, addressing neighborhood-specific challenges and the impacts of new development.
