Ananda Aleman has been a fixture of the parking industry for over a decade, making vital contributions to the business operations and growth of two companies, and encouraging her team members, offering guidance, and acting as a source of knowledge and direction for her peers—exceptional contributions that have been honored by NPA’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2020.
Ananda started her career with IPS Group, Inc. in 2009, at a time when the company had only completed a few deployments. As part of a rapid growth trajectory, which included several large contracts and expansion to international markets, IPS delivered 25,000 meters to San Francisco under very strict contract terms. Ananda was responsible for keeping production on schedule, coordinating dozens of vendors and forecasting material requirements for components with up to forty-week lead times.
In 2017, Ananda joined Dixon Resources Unlimited as the Business Operations Manager. She acts as CEO Julie Dixon’s right-hand resource and supports the entire DIXON staff with accounting and administration, business development, and contract support.
Ananda’s dedication, diligent work ethic, and creative problem solving has made a significant impact in the parking industry. Her operational, financial, and customer service experience are tremendous, and her technical and communication skills have unarguably elevated the core performance and work product needed for DIXON’s growth. With more than ten years of experience in the field, Ananda continues to grow her knowledge and support DIXON with new and complex challenges.
