Allison von Ebers Inducted into National Parking Association’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2021

Allison provides invaluable project management support for DIXON clients, and her meticulous and proactive style has exceeded expectations and made her an indispensable member of the DIXON team. Allison leads by example, mentoring colleagues on the complexities of municipal parking operations. Her dedication to her clients, diligence, and overall project management approach has earned her prestigious recognition as one of NPA’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2021!

Allison began her parking career at the Village of Oak Park as the Parking Restrictions Coordinator, where she managed on-street parking regulations and supported the creation of a pilot program designed to overhaul parking operations in the Village. Allison’s dedication to providing a sustainable and equitable parking program in her own town drove her to want to help shape other municipal programs throughout the country. Since joining DIXON in 2018, Allison has already supported dozens of agencies, providing unmatched project support.

Allison has been supporting the City of Spokane, Washington, since early 2018. She completed a comprehensive review of the parking enforcement, technology, and operations systems to support the development of a long-term parking roadmap. She played a significant role in the implementation of key strategies, including a comprehensive ordinance and policy review of which the City credited Allison as “the reason we’ve been able to do all of this.”

Allison’s support extends to a variety of other projects. For the City of Beverly Hills, Allison is assisting with the implementation of a new citation and permit system and optimizing a complex residential permit program. For the City of Palo Alto, California, she is supporting the City’s implementation of their online Parking Action Plan, updating the City’s municipal code and parking policies, and preparing the framework for a commercial parking pilot. For the City of Berkeley, California, Allison is the acting project manager for the post-implementation of the City’s parking citation and permit management system. She provides implementation support, guidance, project oversight, advocacy, transparency and ensures the best interest of all parties.

DIXON is proud to honor Allison and is delighted to have her on our Team. We can’t wait to see what else she accomplishes as she continues to positively impact the parking industry. You can find the complete list of NPA’s 40 under 40 Class of 2021 below.
