Jennifer has been an integral part of our Planning Team, where she excels in managing complex projects and delivering innovative solutions for municipalities and counties. Her clients value her hands-on approach and expertise in integrating stakeholder and community input, navigating legislation, and leveraging data and industry best practices. From designing equitable parking programs to conducting comprehensive mobility studies, Jennifer has played a key role in helping agencies address parking and mobility challenges, including those in the Bay Area and the Lake Tahoe region. Her outstanding contributions have also garnered industry recognition, as she was recently named to the National Parking Association’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2024.
