Anthony Mazeika joins DIXON as a Senior Associate with over 15 years in the parking industry. Anthony has extensive experience in both the public and private sector, offering him a unique perspective that will be an asset to our team.
Anthony worked for more than 10 years with the City of Santa Monica and the City of Burbank, where he was a project manager for multiple equipment installations and upgrades, managed parking operators and contracts, and he implemented numerous programs, policies, and procedures. Anthony was heavily involved in both on-street and off-street operations, residential permit parking programs, valet operations, and excelled at interfacing with various City Departments. Anthony also has experience coordinating large events like the LA Marathon.
On the private side, Anthony has provided services to many clients, including both municipal governments and privately owned assets. Most recently, Anthony provided oversight for 40 locations in Austin, TX, which included Class A buildings, off-street lots, hotel valet operations, medical facilities, and shuttle operations.
