Performs administrative duties for a variety of projects. Responsibilities may include managing calendars; coordinating travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.
Additional duties include helping with proposal preparation, creating or updating presentation software files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external creative service providers. Facilitate the proposal review process, and guiding production of the final draft.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support all aspects of the planning, implementation and tracking of projects.
Edits copy to ensure proper grammar, spelling, syntax and style. Requires an eye for detail, an ability to use standard proofreading marks, and excellent knowledge of grammar and style.
- Collect and analyze data for specific projects. Seek and provide information to support client research projects.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experience in administrative support, proposal preparation and project management. Operational background is preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Must have strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office products. Applicant must have problem solving/analytical skills and the ability to think creatively. Must possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills, customer service experience and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and have the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment. Applicant must be self-sufficient. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
